Final Production Schedule.

Thursday 14th November 2013

LOCATION: Rochester

WHAT WE DID: At around 2:00pm my group left school with all our props and costumes and took a train down to Rochester as it was the best suited location for our film. When we got there we discussed as a group the best shot to film first and what we should film last which took a bit of time. This was good as because it was winter it got dark quickly which gave an impression of a dark, tense and mysterious atmosphere which also set the scene. Carla (the prostitute) and Nicole  (jack the ripper) were the actors for the day so they dressed in the most appropriate costumes which is an example of mise-en-scene as it set the scene. Me, and Marnie were the ones filming so we made sure we got as much shots as possible. This was easier as we used our phones which made it possible for us to have loads of shots of different angles and movements and main parts. We started off filming alley way signs and Rochester buildings and walls as this would produce good shots for the opening scenes and draw the audience in as it will give them a sense of how that time era was. After we decided to get a lot of different shots in different angles of the main characters. We lastly then decided to film the title at the end with the fake blood.
